Lessons from the Show
Debonee talked to us about her life and career and offered us many wonderful lessons that point us towards an authentic, happy and fulfilling life and career including:
- Our life is about process not content (or beliefs). If we pay attention to how we live our life, we will develop good process, which will encourage us to listen for feelings and not ideas;
- Clarifying our own higher values is a first step to being comfortable in a more challenging place, a more polarizing place; it is a first step to becoming softer and not harder.
- If you can make space in your life for complexity, you will be better able to connect with others, to be able to move into more challenging spaces, to be comfortable with tension.
